Your master data expertise will be relied heavily upon to document processes, train teammates, advise other key partners of potential impacts related to master data – especially throughout the transition to Workday. You will Audit and reconcile large data sets between multiple systems while building and operationalize Spinifex reporting to capture process gaps and opportunities related to data quality and downstream impacts. As the specialist in your field, you will propose ServiceNow HRSD improvements, and participate in UAT testing prior to implementation. You will also be responsible to ensuring large data sets are loaded into the HR system of record, auditing pre-load and post audit data. You will be a key partner to the EMEA WFO team to find more efficient ways to get work done from data entry to employee document creation, you will be able to represent the WFO team in articulating the requirements to get mass load work done in the future system of record WorkDay.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You’ll be working with your immediate Workforce Ops teammates and across HR Services, Operations and Analytics. Indirect partnerships will include working with Operations Consultants, HR Tech, HR Delivery Ops, HRBPS, Total Rewards and other functional teams.
