Company Description:

Next Ventures are working with a Big4 Workday partner and 2 end clients that are doing a Workday Finance implementations.
The consultancy is aggressively hiring due to an influx of new project wins. Due to the current uptake in project demand the firm is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and are looking to bring on board Workday Finance talent from Senior Consultant to Manager level. They are currently pricing their Workday Finance projects substantially higher than their closest competitors and still winning the work.
The end clients are in the research space and another in the automotive. They are going through a Workday Finance implementation and are looking for different levels from analysts up to leads to be heavily involved in the configuration and management of the implementation.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of the Workday ecosystem with the market leaders in Workday Consulting, or a evolving end client delivering cutting edge Workday Finance programmes to large enterprise across the UK and Europe. The roles will be hybrid working and will offer extensive training and development.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Be involved with Workday Financials implementations and transformation work
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management as well as external clients
• Contribute to the client’s financial performance through contributing to high client satisfaction and high standard of service to the client, managing your work on several concurrent projects.
