Web Security Engineer – Brussels – 12 + month contract

Our client, a leading Belgian Bank, is currently hiring Web Application Firewall Security Expert to strengthen the Web Application Firewall squad, which works closely also with Cyber Defense to protect the company’s online banking applications.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in F5, ASM, WAF
• At least 3 years of experience in Web Security
• Strong knowledge of Web application firewalls, HTTP, TCP, SSL and PKI
• Strong English proficiency with Dutch or French a plus
• Experience in (infra) automation with Python. Experience in scripting languages such as Perl and Bash.
• Develop, maintain and optimize customized F5 iRules and scripts

The onsite presence will be required for 1-2 days a week or flexibility can allow for 1 week onsite per month.
