What do you like to do as a Unified Communications specialist?
As a Unified Communications specialist you are an expert in the field of Exchange (online). As a member of the Unified Communications (UC) specialist team, you are mainly concerned with the technology and future of your product . You support our customer teams (consisting of a management team and a service desk team) to optimally apply Exchange to their customer (s). As a Unified Communications specialist you know the products inside and out.
The UC specialist team
As a Unified Communications specialist, you will become part of the UC specialist team. This team is responsible for different (large and small) environments for customers both during and outside office hours. That means you do picket duty once every six weeks. As a specialist team, we support customer questions (for example: adding extra SIP domains, setting up emergency routing, DMARC and DKIM implementation) from customer teams that switch directly with the customer. In addition, cloud first is the starting point of the service. The team is also responsible for building new environments and migrations to the cloud. Consider, for example, migrations from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online or a transition from Avaya on-prem to Microsoft Teams.
