Technical IT Service Delivery Manager
Our Client, an Accountancy and Business Advisory firm, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead their IT Service Management team.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on delivery of Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement
- Hands-on management of Salesforce instances and third-party services and tools
- Experience leading a small team of IT experts and reporting to C-suite level stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of experience administering and configuring Salesforce applications
- Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification
- ITIL Foundation Qualification
