Your new area of ​​responsibility – exciting and future-oriented

  • In your new position, you are responsible for bringing together sub-components to form an electrical drive system derived from system architectures according to automotive standards
  • They take care of the parameterization of electric traction drives for cars and help design suitable procedures and strategies
  • One of your main tasks is to plan, implement and document application work packages on test benches and vehicles. Your main tasks also include the coordination of test drives at home and abroad
  • Presentation, explanation and, if necessary, presentation of the responsible development processes and results in the projects for internal / external use are also part of your tasks
  • They support the project teams with knowledge and optimization approaches for drive systems and control concepts based on measurement data, as well as with the creation of user documentation and instructions
  • They ensure the commissioning and functionality of our systems at our site, at external partners, at our customers

Your qualifications – well-founded and specific

  • You have completed a bachelor's / diploma / master's degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering or mechatronics with a focus on control / electrical drive technology or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in the application of control units in the automotive industry and with development and test methods for electrical drive systems according to automotive standards
  • Bring relevant experience in dealing with electrical drive systems, bus communication, diagnostic / safety functions and automotive development and application tools (CANape, CANoe, INCA, DiagRA, CRETA, Matlab / Simulink etc.)
  • Knowledge of systems engineering (ISO / IEC 15288), functional safety (ISO 26262) and process-oriented development (automotive SPICE) define your way of working
  • They have the ability to build on existing concepts and to familiarize themselves with other ways of thinking
  • You have very good spoken and written German and English skills
  • Your creativity, ability to grasp complex systems, analytical and independent working methods – paired with pleasure in teamwork – round off your profile
