Job Title: SuccessFactors Support Lead

This consultancy is a rapidly growing SuccessFactors partner centred around its ethos and company culture. By joining an SAP SuccessFactors Gold Partner, you will benefit from working with global clients helping them with their SuccessFactors journey through; Project Discovery, Advisory, Licenses, Implementation, Product Extension Development and Post Go-Live Support
The consultancy is looking for an experienced Support Lead to be heavily involved with overseeing the SuccessFactors AMS side. This acquaints to 60% of the consultancies business whether that be after delivering the implementation or jumping in at the support stage to aid the client.

Responsibilities

• Manage support functions and successful delivery to our clients
• Work with Senior Stakeholders to understand the requirements
• Manage, maintain and grow support relationships with customers
• Experience of working to KPI’s
