UK Wide- £70-80k plus OTE
A Global Consulting Firm are currently looking to bring on-board a SuccessFactors sales expert to drive the growth of the Project Pipeline in this area. This is an exciting opportunity which will give you a wide scope of SuccessFactors and Business Development.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of SAP SuccessFactors to meet revenue targets.
- Overseeing the conversion from pipeline to deal closure and improvement of win rate to achieve real volume business.
- Participate in pre-sales process and engage in Successfactors forums, roadshows and forums.
- Development of relationships with existing clients as well as opening doors to new companies in discovery phase of their HCM systems.
- Oversee reporting of Sales throughtout the year.
- Deep and demonstrable knowledge of SuccesFactors whilst understanding the dynamics of selling Cloud products and services.
- Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills: demonstrated by referencable project wins.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within Customers and prospects.
- Be able to confidently facilitate sales demonstration sessions to drive innovation and value for both customers and prospects.
