Location: West Midlands
Salary: up to £50,000

Company Description
Next Ventures are partnered with a global telecommunications company that is looking to expand their SuccessFactors practice having recently gone live with the system. You will be coming in as a SuccessFactors Analyst to be involved with the post go live support and upgrades of the system. There is a hybrid model of work with expectation to go into the office 3 days a week.  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for availability, reliability, maintenance, and service operation of the SuccessFactors system supporting the business’s roadmap after post go live.
• Experience managing a backlog of problems and initiative
• Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders.
