Salary: Up to £45,000

Company Overview
Next Ventures is working with the worlds leading communications company that are in the midst of SuccessFactors roll out. They are using technology to connect people and bring people closer together. 
They are looking for strong SuccessFactors Analysts to come in an operate on the upgrades and maintenance of the system. 

Your Role

• Hands-on configuration of the SuccessFactors system in RCM, EC and Onboarding
• Operate as the SME for the system in various internal and external user groups
• Collaborate and work closely with senior stakeholders understanding the requirements and then translating these.
