Software Engineer- PHP | Spryker

Summary Description: My client, a European E-Commerce company are looking for a skilled software engineers to join an ever-growing international team, for a very exciting and crucial transformation project.

Tasks Description:

  • You will join an international scrum team responsible for a domain of the shop platform and/or individual micro services.
  • Your skills will contribute to the overall customer experience.
  • Your PHP expertise will support us to integrate new Chinese platforms to expand our constantly growing and successful business in China.
  • You will find yourself working in a modern environment.
  • As a team we are keeping our knowledge up-to-date, continuously deploying new ideas and improving the customer experience of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • In feature grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives you will provide technical guidance for members of the development team
  • New solutions will be created by leveraging your experiences and creative ideas
  • You will choose the optimal solution respecting time, requirements and quality
  • You will make features transparent and KPIs easy to monitor by e.g. designing tools for managing data, monitoring KPIs or integration with BI solutions

Essential Skill:

  • In depth programming experience with PHP backend or full stack
  • Knowledge of Spryker as a minimum
  • English language

Nice to have:

  • Experience with shop systems e.g. Oxid/Magento/Hybris
  • Experience with building large IT platforms on any PHP framework
  • German/Romanian
