ServiceMax Functional Consultant – 12 months + Remote working. Rate (open & negotiable)

Job Description:

As the ServiceMax functional consultant you will be responsible for defining the business requirements, participate in business process analysis and defining customer requirements for a greenfield ServiceMax implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver full lifecycle ServiceMax implementation from inception to roll-out.
• Develop documentation – Business Requirements & Solution Design Documentation
• Managing or maintaining the project schedule and coordinating meetings with customer
• Application and business process consulting for implementation of ServiceMax application (including configuration & or customization)
• Work with client business users and IT executives to identify and define the business & technical solution architectures to match the client’s business needs
• Implement structured quality methodologies, manage project risks and lead training activities.
• strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.
