Service Desk Manager

Service Desk Manager – 1x Brussels/1x Hamburg – 12 months

I am currently looking for a Service Desk Manager for a position with one of my clients based in either Brussels, Belgium or Hamburg, Germany. 

The Role

  • Supporting activities and team surrounding service desk tasks
  • Strong technical expertise with Service Desk Systems and processes e.g. ITIL.
  • Ensure efficiency and quality around service desk related tasks
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Duration: 12 months

Start: ASAP

Location: Hamburg or Brussels

Rate: Market rates
