Senior Frontend Developer with back end experience

Summary Description:
The client is looking for a Senior frontend developer with backend experience to help us deliver an important and time-critical project in the B2B-datacom area.

The chosen candidate will join a team of 5 other developers which are a mix of frontend and backend.

Role Type: Freelance contract
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: €450-€575 per day 
Location: The client is based in Oslo, but for the foreseeable future you will work remotely.
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Language: English

Tasks Description:

• Technologies as Java, React, Wicket 1.4, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP, Groovy
• Define, build, test, and deliver code
• Transform old legacy code to modern standards
• Design, code, document and test web pages and components
• Have a DevOps mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

In addition we are looking for a candidate that also have some experience with doing backend-development in work.

The capability to also work with technologies such as ActiveMQ, Hibernate/Ehcache, Quartz, Dozer, Docker, Tomcat/Jetty, Kong is beneficial to us.
