For our client we are looking for an Internal lead for implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing:
Start: end of Jan / Feb
Duration: 9 months
SUCCESS CRITERIA: Implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing for app. 40.000 employees. If contract is subsequently extended, the scope is 30 countries and 400.000 employees.
KEY AREAS OF COLLABORATION AND INFLUENCE: The role is part of a larger SuccessFactors implementation of REC, ONB 2.0 and EC. The core project team is app. 30 headcounts including internal employees and contractors plus implementation partner (GP Strategies). Within the project, the role belongs to the Functional Team, which contains about 1/3 of the full project team. The role is lead by a Functional Team Lead. The role will have ongoing, self-driven contact with local Recruiting Leads as well as one or more Recruiting Consultants from GP Strategies.
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
–Previous experience of implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing in global organizations, preferably for decentralized blue collar organizations with +10.000 employees.
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: Preferably a background as recruiter or as manager of a recruiting team.Apply now
