2	Team lead experience
3	Some insight in most the following areas: Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Logistics, Warehouse.
4	Strong communicator
5	Experience from FMCG – alternatively just any manufacturing company.
6	Experience/Good understanding of data migration
