Our client is looking for an SAP Program Manager with retail experience. This is to deliver an S4 HANA template rollout globally.

 

The scope of the consultant services is to

Core Deliverables:

•            Cluster Project Plan including resource plan

•            Cluster Status Reporting, including Risk & Issues

•            Country transformation plan, including Comms Change & training to ensure operational readiness

•            Transition of country finance & procurement services to Global Business Operations team

 

Responsibilities:

•            Prepare, monitor, and drive the implementation plan for the assigned Cluster.

•            Manage and mitigate all Cluster risk & issues

•            Define and manage programme resources required for the Cluster deliverables

•            Accountable for the successful implementation of the template in the assigned country or Cluster as per the Cluster plan

•            Lead the day-to-day management to deliver a successful implementation on time, on budget and agreed quality as per go live exit criteria. 

•            Manage engagement and transition of local markets to Global Business Operations team

•            Manage SI delivery and challenge when appropriate

•            Manage the Business Transformation to ensure business operational readiness to receive the template including change, comms, and training for local country

•            Flag any potential deviations from agreed timelines or quality levels as per the Governance

•            First escalation point for the Country or Cluster

•            Stakeholder management to local country leadership team

 

Requirements:

Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc.

 

Key Competencies

 

•            SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba a must, SAP Retail a plus

•            Ability to drive teams in a diverse international and distributed team a must

•            Strong communication and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting needs a must

•            Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies

•            Excellent command of English

•            Strong stakeholder management across all levels a must 

•            Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent a plus

 

Key Experience

 

•            Senior professional with strong programme management experience large-scale Global Business Transformation programs (min. 10 years).  

•            SAP S4 Hana Implementation experience in large multi-cultural organisations  

•            Global Business Transformation and Change Experience

•            Global experience of managing and challenging SI delivery

•            Experience in complex programme environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model 

•            Retail sector experience
