SAP Procurement – Contract Specialist (SLM)

Volume: 5 days per week

Location: Remote (then central NL)

 

We  currently need a Procurement Contract specialist with for Strategic Supplier Management (SAP SLM)

 

The contract specialist will build /create and manage a well-organized and transparent – organisation wide, SAP and IBM contract registration. With this registration it is possible to compare, segment and differentiate prices and conditions throughout the business.

 

Experience required:-

o Determining contracts in scope (value, duration, etc.)

o Retrieving contact details of contract holders / contact persons

o Inform stakeholders within various ministries about the purpose of the inventory request

o Drafting communication / RFI to contract holders

o Inventory of contracts

Contract registration and analysis;

o Analysis and registration of contract metadata

o Analysis and registration of contract segmentation and differentiation aspects

o Determining a set of generic best practice contract conditions

o Financial contract analysis

Skills / experience of benefit / preferred:-

– Building and managing contract management administration

– Build and manage software asset management administration

– Knowledge of SAP and IBM products and services portfolio

– Knowledge of SAP and IBM licensing models
