£60,000 – £85,000 + Package

Career Level – Senior Consultant/Manager

Our client is a leading SAP partner looking to expand their SAP Transformation team. They are looking to recruit exceptional individuals with the leadership and expertise to deliver some of our large-scale transformation programmes across a wide range of industries.

Role & Responsibilities

• Leading or supporting a Programme Management Office on large scale transformation SAP programmes, to deliver for our clients
• As the PMO / Programme Leadership you will drive good governance throughout the programme
• Taking ownership of PMO activities and deliverables, from risk management to deliverable tracking
• Building relationships on projects – including with client representatives – across our projects and programmes to support effective delivery
• Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

Experience

• Demonstrate an understanding of the programme management on ERP implementations and the role of a PMO function
• Have experience working in a PMO function in a client facing capacity
• Knowledge of SAP products, including S/4HANA
• Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders
• A can do attitude and a willingness to be a team player
• Demonstrate self-motivation and proactivity
