Title: Concur Consultant Project Name: Concur Team Job Role: External Consultant – ”Concur Consultant” Contact Tenure: 02 (Two) Months Experience: Standard Skill Area: Application Support Main Technology: Concur Mandatory Skills: • Functional and Implementation Expertise of SAP Concur Expense. • Expertise in Corporate credit card integration/process. • Should have strong Stakeholder Management skills Optional Skills: • SAP FI knowledge • Knowledge in technologies such as RPA, AI would be added advantage • Experience with any Pharma company • Middleware knowledge Roles & Responsibilities: • Daily support activities, system Release, participate in projects and customer activities • Collaborate with Affiliates/countries, IT, Service providers and other stakeholders to implement and deploy SAP Concur Expense in new countries and manage change management with existing SAP Concur Deployment • Identifying process enhancement and improvement opportunities across the process • Provide meaningful insights and for business stakeholders to take faster and better decision making • Drive harmonization, operational effectiveness and measurable improvement through the design and delivery of process and system solutions and generate value for business • Monitor and ensure process compliance – work with stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and Service provider to ensure the service is working as desired
