Salesforce Technical Lead

A leading Platinum Partner are looking for an accomplished Salesforce Technical Lead. The responsibilities and requirements are outlined below.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers, ensuring high quality delivery by providing clear requirements and direction
  • Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform
  • Judges tradeoffs between technology, feasibility and best practice to make choices that fit the constraints of the project
  • Identify the varying skill sets and levels within the team to appropriately assign work and guide the project in the best way possible
  • Works directly with clients to develop and deliver key components of technical solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions and workshops with client
  • Understands Integration and Migration concepts and has experience with Salesforce APIs
  • Experience applying appropriate release management approaches in a professional capacity
  • Experience of raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
  • Experience of all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to development of peers as well as the CRM practice as a whole
  • Partner with the sales team to drive new services revenue
  • Provides technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assists the Enterprise Account Executive with managing the deal cycle
  • Provides input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical lead
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) preferred
