Salesforce Service Manager – Outside IR35 – 6 months
We are working with a global end-user that are deploying Salesforce globally.
They are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Service Manager with B2B experience within a Marketing, Service/Field Service and B2B sales environment.
Skills:
– 5 years + industry IT service management experience and ITIL Service Management processes
– Salesforce certified
– Previous experience of supporting a Salesforce transition / deployment
– Clear understanding of SLA's, OLA's and KPI's
