Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

The Role:

This leading consultancy based in Swizterland is looking to grow their implementation team with a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

Working alongside their well established team, you’ll be working closely with leading clients across the world on exciting and engaging projects that require creativity and a strong understanding of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to consult with customers and create requirements and estimations of effort while always understanding the art of the possible
  • Salesforce custom scope validation and proof of concepts
  • Low code to complete customization of Salesforce through implementation, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform
  • Hands on lifecycle management of customer-defined work within Salesforce Service, Sales, Health, and other clouds
  • Supporting customers from scope definition, user acceptance tests, and the go-live procedure
  • Definition and identification of Change Requests
  • Agile development and management of all client specific client defined scope
  • Participating in scope planning, architecture design, and software development activities
  • Ability to identify new product features and work with Product Management to define and drive product roadmap based on consulting experience

Your experience:

  • Salesforce CRM certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, Technical Architect, or Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant
  • General IT, Telecoms, CTI, and Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Service Cloud Product) knowledge are an advantage
  • Appropriate academic degree/school of engineering preferred
  • Excellent team player with oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service and success
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Process-oriented with outstanding documentation skills
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
  • Good attention to detail with an ability to analyze and specify adaptations of software products and services
  • Experience with or knowledge of agile software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Sfdx, OAuth and Webservices
