Salesforce Head of Support

Salesforce Head of Support
South West based – must be eligible to work in the UK

A leader in their field, who specialise in building products based 100% native to Salesforce incorporating ops, sales, finance, customer service and marketing and looking for a Head of Support to join the team.

The responsibilities are:

  • Manage the global support process within the Customer Success team.
  • Build a team to support customer Service Level Agreements and define longer term strategy.
  • Optimising and automating support delivery processes to provide the best customer and partner support experience.
  • Support team members' performance using regular 1:1s.

The requirements are:

  • Have a solid and an extensive track-record of leading Support Teams within a SaaS company.
  • Have exceptional leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Have experience using Salesforce – Service.
  • Leverage Salesforce Service Cloud and are capable of delivering an omnichannel support service Cloud (or similar).
