SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL LEAD

My client is a global leading Salesforce Partner, who are experts in multi–cloud digital platforms and change management. The company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead to join a fast-paced, well-established team. The Salesforce Functional Lead will act as both functional lead and project manager for end-to-end projects, and will own and lead solution designs. The Salesforce Functional Lead will lead training workshops and help grow future talent to ensure the delivery of more exceptional projects for the company’s customers.

As a Salesforce Functional Lead you must have the following experience:

• Minimum: Salesforce Certified Admin 201 and one other
• 5+ years project management experience end to end
• Agile project methodology experience
• Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices

Additional beneficial experience:

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud but will accept other Functional Lead Business Skills
• Problem Solving: excellent ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
