To support the continuing growth of the business we are now delighted to announce the need for us to hire a Recruitment Trainer for our Learning & Development team.
We are looking for an experienced trainer or experienced recruiter to join Next Ventures and support our successful sales team to develop their skills, careers and smash their personal goals.
This trainer will support our training department function overseeing and supporting a headcount of 60+ recruiters across multiple offices in London and Amsterdam. They will be responsible for evaluating our organisational, team and individual needs, reviewing our current practices and delivering entry level through to senior training programmes. Using our existing and extensive library of content you will have access to all you need to be able to join and immediately jump into a proactive training role.
Next Ventures is passionate about growing organically and we are dedicated to supporting 20-40 trainees a year across the business. Therefore the main responsibility of the role would be to help our trainee’s get up and running through our intensive next step academy training programme.
