Delivery Consultant

Next Ventures are now on the lookout for a Manchester based Delivery Consultant to support our retained assignments & mass hire/RPO campaigns at VC – backed tech start-ups in the US and Europe.

You’ll work closely with Founders & Leaders to create and execute effective sourcing and assessment strategies, and develop a delivery model that follows best practices. You will be given access to industry-leading sourcing tools to create, build, and maintain talent pipelines and develop market intelligence reports. In addition, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process for fast-growth tech start-up’s.
  • Build and execute candidate attraction strategies.
  • Design and build talent maps & market intelligence reports.
  • Develop and execute search strategies and position specifications.
  • Proactive management of talent pipeline.
  • Organise meetings and interviews for candidates and clients, and provide an industry leading candidate experience.
  • Keep on top of resourcing trends and approaches to give us a competitive edge when sourcing for world class talent.

Person Specification

  • Degree preferred, but not essential depending on professional experience.
  • A positive can-do attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, driven by desire to succeed.
  • Exposure to a sales environment would be an advantage but not essential.
