Next Ventures are proudly partnered with a leading  automotive tier 1 supplier specializing in electric mobility.  

Responsibilities
• Project management for all integration and application activities (effort assessment, planning, risk assessment, tracking, control and reporting)
o Ensuring the successful completion of work packages in the field of system integration and application of electric traction drives for automotive applications
o Control of a team of up to 25 integration and application engineers
o Coordination with the projects and other departments
• Main contact for other project stakeholders (technical project manager, system development manager, software manager, hardware manager, system test manager, functional safety manager) for integration and application topics
• Interface to the customer for integration and application topics (e.g. planning, error correction within integration and application, provision of parameter sets)
• Reports professionally to the technical project manager
• Responsible for the standard and process-conform development of the integration and application scope within the respective project

Qualifications
• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or natural sciences (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, vehicle technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in technical project management or in the integration and application of mechatronic systems (ideally in the area of ​​electrification) in the automotive and / or supplier industry
• You have experience with development and test methods according to automotive standards and norms
• You have knowledge of systems engineering (ISO / IEC 15288), functional safety (ISO 26262), process-compliant development (Automotive SPICE) and ideally on-board diagnostics
• Teamwork, a high level of commitment and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you
• You are characterized by a confident and obliging demeanor as well as high reliability and trustworthiness
• You have a very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
