PEGA Marketing Expert with CPBA Cert. – Remote working – Germany – German Language.

Next Ventures seeks a PEGA Marketing Expert (CPMC Cert) to work on a long term engagement (starting Remote) for its key client based in Germany.  Strong client facing skills and a certification as a CPBA also required.  You must have excellent communications skills in English/German.

The following certifications are required for suitability and must be documented by means of evidence:

Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)

Certified Pega Marketing Consulting (CPMC)

Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)

 

at least 2 reference projects from the last 5 years

 

In technical terms, the aim is to support these project goals by providing advice on the following tasks, among others:

– Interface definition, interface connection, specification and test (e.g. for clients Apps, e-mail server, adaptation of the interface to M-Text)

– Support for the expansion of the campaigns to reactive campaigns and other topics.

– Driving forward the digitization of consulting, customer loyalty and acquisition processes.

– Use of AI and complex statistical methods in Pega for the development of campaigns and key figures, e.g. calculation of probabilities of occurrence or offer suggestions with Nextbest Action

 

– Further development of the data model used

– Integration of the campaigns into the business processes of he client

– Consideration of applicable data protection requirements

– Development of implementation specifications for the third party IT service provider of the client and other technical partners based on the agreements with the business side

– Further development of an architecture for campaign management using existing DP systems and DP services of the client 

– Representation of the department in the project work
