Next Ventures are looking for an Oracle Change Manager for a greenfield implementation. 
The candidate should have strong experience with Change Management and good ERP Implementation experience (Ideally Oracle). 
Some travel onsite to Belfast is required, but the customer is flexible to let candidates work mostly remotely. 
Additionally the role is Outside IR35.
