NV are urgently looking for a security cleared Oracle Cloud HCM consultant
We require a candidate with full UK Security clearance and is able to start work early 2022.
Remote working with some ADHOC travel and outside of IR35
Looking for candidates with hands on Oracle cloud experience – EBS would be considered for candidates with relevant experience.
Must have minimum 2- 5 yrs. of relevant experience on implementing HCM modules – Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC , Learn Management
Should have worked on at least 2-3 Implementations or 4-5 Upgrades or 4-5 Maintenance projects as Lead or Functional Consultant in HCM Fusion
Strong Functional Skills on Fusion- Core HR, Absence, Bi / OTBI Reports, OTL , Talent Suite
Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required.
Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication.
Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences.
Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
Should be able to handle and support the teams.
Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
Should work independently.
Should have sound knowledge in Technical Skills as well as functional Skills.
