Mulesoft API Architect – Remote (6 months +) 

We are currently recruiting for a Mulesoft API Architect contract role for our international retail client. They are looking for someone to join them initially on a 6 month contract, which has the option of extension. They have offices in both the US and in Europe, so they are happy for the consultant to work in either time zones. Due to the current situation, the work will be done fully remotely.

Skills required:
-Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in API management platforms, mainly
-Mulesoft Anypoint Platform: requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, resource-based API modeling, and micro-services architecture.
-Knowledge about API design standards, API Spec (OpenAPI and/or swagger), patterns and best-practices.
-Experience with SOAP, REST web services, and traditional integration technologies in ESB.
-Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in API security standards and implementation (OAuth, OpenId) and knowledge regarding APIs applied to business:
-API Economy, Monetization /Billing and other Industry use cases.
-Should have good knowledge on – Core Java, Java frameworks like Spring Boot, GIT, Jenkins (CI/CD), javascript /JQuery etc.
-Exposure to DevOps, API deployment and migration to Azure and AWS.
-Experience/Knowledge in multiple REST Frameworks, Spring/Jersey/RESTLET, JS and web frameworks NodeJS Express etc.
