Integration Workstream Lead – Oracle/SAP/Workday Cloud
Scope: The workstream lead is expected to lead and deliver the integration workstream for the programme, undertaking the relevant activities to enable the successful implementation, user adoption and realisation of benefits. This will include the coordination and management of resources in multiple locations.
To enable this the following deliverables are expected to be led by the workstream lead:
The above list is not exhaustive, with the workstream lead empowered to define, shape and map wider deliverables, drawing on their experience. This will include the relevant procurement of specialist support and managed services to deliver appropriate middleware, etc.
The lead will be asked to work in conjunction with the Planner to define and track these deliverables aligning to the wider programme plan.
Reporting: The Workstream lead whilst delivering the above activities will be expected to report to the Programme Manager on progress, risks, issues and approach, and work alongside the other workstreams leads to ensure delivery of the HR, Finance and Payroll products.
Management: The workstream lead will have a small core team of specialist support including analysts, architects and testing leads, but is expected to work alongside the resourcing lead to secure additional services and organisational SME availability
