THE ROLE

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be part of the People Experience Workstream focusing on and accountable for the design and delivery of experience led functional HR processes based upon the new SuccessFactors and ServiceNow technology solutions. The processes in scope to be designed are across the International business.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Process specialist will be accountable for designing end to end processes. The processes will be based the implementation of Success Factors and ServiceNow but will need to ensure end to end process design, some of aspects of which may be outside these systems.

The HR Process specialist will have overall accountability for one or multiple functional areas and they will need to collaborate with the wider project teams to ensure that the solution is integrated and fully delivers the client’s needs.

The HR Process specialist will be required to work with the Solution Design team, our Implementation Partner, Process Owners, Country leads and other functional teams across the business to:

  • Understand and document the business requirements
  • Develop best practice and standard international business processes wherever possible
  • Design fully integrated, end to end processes and ensure that these align with Success Factors and ServiceNow.
  • Identify and pro-actively engage programme stakeholders, particularly within the business units.  This will include negotiating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with new processes and standard ways of working to ensure best practice HR Service Delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to the People Experience workstream/Lead when required
  • Develop positive and credible relationships across the International business.
  • Support end-to-end process testing
  • Support business change and engagement activities
