Purpose:
The Project lead is accountable for managing Microsoft Dynamics D365 implementation at the manufacturing site in Switzerland.

Scope and Dimensions:

• Responsible for execute project scope, goals and deliverables
• Execute project success criteria
• Raise constraint and resources issues to management

Accountabilities:

• Translating scope into milestones and deliverables
• Organizing and leading workshops
• Manage the project to the approved budget parameters
• Manage project communications on reporting and messaging to all stakeholders
• Manage the project within the agreed timelines
• Minimize exposure and risks

Requirements of the job:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years related overall business and / or IT management in manufacturing or supply chain industry
• Critical experience of project management of multiple full cycle implementations for Dynamics AX 2012
• Critical experience of organizational change management
• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) written as oral
