Finance Project Manager
Next Ventures are urgently recruiting 3 Financials project managers for long-term contract roles.
Location: Dublin (2-3 days needed onsite)
Contract length: 6-12+ months

Project Title: Legal Project Manager
Start date: ASAP
Duration: initially 6 months contract
Responsibilities: Mid-level PM ( 7 – 12 max years of experience)
We can consider any strong PM with a finance background or experience managing business projects
Project management within the International Corporate Legal Team.
Manage and coordinate end-to-end Corp. Legal processes, triaging and escalating queries or issues as the team’s primary POC for escalations as they arise from XFN teams, and tracking through to resolution.
Partner and work with cross-functional partners (XFN's) both internal and external to effectively deliver executed legal documentation, including maintenance of status tracker and timely risk assessment and reporting
Manage the maintenance of Corp. Legal database (Diligent) for entity and Directorship changes, (ensuring all required documentation has been executed and sent to Verbatim for upload to the database and submitted with relevant authorities), as well as managing and triaging user account setup
Contribute to design and implementation of process improvements for the benefit of the team and XFN partners
Coordinate with executives’ assistants on signature requests
Manage, track and follow up on status with internal and external notaries, as well as external apostille service providers
Manage vendor billing and onboarding matters
Experience in a large, fast-moving company, working with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in delivering a project on time, especially to tight deadlines
Organized and extremely diligent with a desire for continuous improvement
Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and MS Suite
Ability to work independently, to work under pressure, to handle several projects at once and execute on time
Ability to apply judgment, problem-solve, and escalate issues to management when they arise
Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
