ERP Business Change Manager (SC)

Next Ventures are currently looking for an Oracle ERP Business Change Manager with current or previous SC clearance to start immediately in either London or Leeds.

The candidate with the right skill set could work remotely from any location (not necessarily onsite), The teams they will need to work alongside are split between London and Leeds, so some travel could be required but would expect utilisation of Skype/VC where appropriate.

This is a three month contract with the option for extension.

Business Change Readiness Approach:

Produce options and recommendations for approach and design of the change interventions needed to deliver and embed successful business transformation and new ways of working into the business through the implementation of Cloud technology. This activity should enable input on Business Change costs to be derived and inform the Full Business Case. Also enable a Delivery plan to be developed utilising the outputs from this activity

Business Change/Transformation Interventions:

Taking the output from BC1 overlay the interventions to successfully enable our end user community to get ready for the implementation of the change. Provide detail on how best to plan and prepare end users in relation to the introduction of the rollout of an ERP solution. This to include all the warm up activities, comms, link to existing forums such as the End User Engagement Team. Inclusion of floor walkers/business champions during preparation, pilot, rollout, implementation and post implementation phases.

Analysis of OGD Approach to Business Change:

Conduct an analysis of the approach and interventions undertaken in the 3 Pathfinder departments to business change and transformation. Highlight the lessons learned both positive and negative

Utilising the insight and outputs from BC1, BC1.1 and BC2 identify the requirements the Programme will need for a Business Change Partner for the duration of the Programme Lifecycle. The output from this deliverable will be an approved set of deliverables that can be included in the ITT for a programme Business Change Partner to support the Business Change Team in successfully implementing for end users and the adoption of the desired transformational changes to ways of working, process and technology. Specifically with reference to Finance, HR and WPM capability.
