DevOps Engineer – 6 months – Remote/Munich

For a large client based in Munich I am looking for an DevOps Engineer for a 6 month contract.

This can be started remotely with the view to work on site in Munich once COVID restrictions are lifted.

• Configure and support applications and services related to Data Engineering deployed in both private and public clouds
• Support and interact with Data teams
• Deliver new services for the Global Data Platform
• Resolve incidents and change requests

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge with Kubernetes or Hashicorp Nomad and advanced experience with Docker containers
• Development of CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab/Jenkins)
• Shell scripts (BASH)
• Knowledge of Python language skills
• Understanding of Security and Networking
• advantage; Elasticsearch, data science tools, advanced Linux skills
