This opportunity is one of the greatest Data Engineering opportunities in and around the Randstad area. The company is one of the most well-known technical scale-up and got the opportunity to massively expand their data teams. To get ahead of the competition, they are looking for a Sr Data Engineer. Living and working in the Netherlands and experience in working at end-users, preferably directly in a start/ scale-up environment. Sponsorship can be arranged.

The Task:

As an SR Data Engineer, you will scale up the data platform with the goal to make it future-proof, you will be designing and building the data environment and understand from your stakeholders their needs and architecture in order to solve their problems. Besides that, you are responsible for the data quality of the organization, so it can be an efficient data-driven organization.

Your personality:

  • Easy in catching up on what the business needs, you will work with Marketing teams, data scientists, analysts, engineers, and PO.
  • Adaptable in a fast-changing environment where decisions in week one can be 180 degrees different in week 2.
  • Take Ownership.

Hard Skills:

  • 5 years of experience within data engineering.
  • Airflow, Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery, AWS.
  • Python, SQL.
  • DevOps.
