CYBER SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Mission

As a member of the Cyber Department you are responsible to architect and design the security environment of our customers to ensure they are fully protected against any present or future threats and breaches.

You are participating to both bid and project execution phase in an international context.

In this role you report to the Head of Cyber.

Typical tasks assignments in (Cyber-)Security context include:

  • Involvement as (lead) architect in Pre-sales activities

  • Plan and supervise the work of IT security partners

  • Perform the detailed functional and high-level technical design of healthy system and network security architectures.

  • Align system and network security components with the level of identified risks.

  • Review current system security setups, recommend and implement continuous enhancements

  • Size the time and effort needed to build sophisticated IT security architecture

  • Provide input for the specifications of physical security.

  • Design systems so that all personnel have access to the IT system limited by need and role within the organization.

  • Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and expectations; review the systems alignment with security standards and customer requirements

  • Define security systems by specifying intrusion detection methodologies and equipment; directing equipment and software installation and calibration; preparing preventive and reactive measures; creating, transmitting, and maintaining keys; providing technical support; completing documentation.

  • Verify security systems by developing and implementing test scenarios.

  • Maintain and enforce security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures; conducting incident response analyses; developing and conducting training programs.

  • Ensure the upgrade of security systems by monitoring the environment; identifying security gaps; evaluating and implementing enhancements.

  • Produce system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

  • Perform training activities

  • Perform hands-on activities

     

    Industry-recognized qualifications around cyber-security such as :

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional),

  • ISA-99/IEC 62443

  • GICSP

  • GPEN

  • ISO27K
