Business Analyst/Marketing Technology Consultant (Inside of IR35)

Summary Description: My client, a digital transformation expert, are looking for a talented Digital Business Analyst to join a very exciting project with a leading pharmaceutical company. The Digital Business Analyst will partner with the Lead and Business customers to develop high quality business requirements in an Agile environment and ensure that proposed solutions meet defined quality, compliance, and business acceptance criteria. Perform business analysis and design either alone (for small or medium-sized changes) or as a member of a BA team for larger changes.

Rate: up to €75 per hour

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Stakeholder Analysis and Change: Identifies partners from all areas of the business, and actively builds and manages relationships according to individual partner needs and levels of influence
  • Business Needs Identification: Engages with the business at an early stage to assess and define business needs. Drives reuse of existing capabilities over new/ enhanced development. Identifies capability gaps.
  • Solution Evaluation: Analyses capability gaps and proposes solutions aligned with digital strategy. Articulates supporting reasoning.
  • Perform initial assessment of high level customer journeys, calculates estimate and performs subsequent requirements analysis.
  • Creation of process flows, JIRA user stories, Tealium/ Veeva suggestion/ and tagging BRDs.
  • Creation and/or input into Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy of documentation (Confluence).
  • Engagement with Global Commercial IT teams to deliver new capabilities and patterns to support evolving business requirements across application architecture.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is essential
Requirements management in relation to omnichannel customer journeys to deliver right message on right channel at the right time
Agile tools and methodologies inc. JIRA
Multi-channel digital marketing platforms (web, email and social), e.g. Tealium iQ, Tealium AudienceStream, Veeva, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target
Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
