B2B ICM Project Manager
Deliver the priority set of Integrated Relationship Management and Integrated Opportunity Management capabilities identified by the Business PO.
Items 3 and 4 are fully within the scope of ICM. The other capabilities are partially or fully within the scope of other Sectoral Shift workstreams.
Scope of work:
• Working with ITM and Business to develop the overall delivery plan/roadmap and working with delivery teams to execute the plan
• Working with ITM to plan budget/resources to deliver the roadmap
• Leading the scrum of scrums to deliver common outcomes. Being glue between delivery teams and solving blockers of dependencies between delivery teams
• Coordinating between APD and delivery teams to drive solutions that deliver business value quickly while still flowing APD guidance
• Member of the ICM natural LT team. Member of the delivery core group of a Business workstream lead (Chief PO) and the IT Manager of Integrated Customer Management
• Experience in leading delivery with Agile / DevOps methodology.
• Experience working in Data space is a plus
• Good understanding of Client data landscapes, especially in ERP and Salesforce CRM (Sales Instance) is a plus
