Associate Business Process Manager – ORACLE Cloud Finance

We are looking for an Associate Business Process Manager (BPM) to strengthen the Finance & Procurement BPM team by focusing on continuous process improvements.
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as the application owner for financial systems in scope. Ensures the application meets the usability requirements of users. Ensures the application provides accurate information and is aligned with the process objectives
  • Maintain active relationships with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with Oracle IT support team
  • Lead on the development of end user guidance to support the correct application of business processes
  • Responsible for maintaining the global template of functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, ensuring it is up to date and reflects the latest business processes changes
  • Support the user acceptance testing process
  • Act as a liaison between Technical team and Finance Business Functions

 

Required background

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in business administration/finance/accounting (or similar);
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes including systems and applications
  • Experience in business improvement and/or performance improvement
  • Experience in process methodology
  • Strong Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle eBS and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, FA, CM
  • English speaking
