Account Director (SAP)

 

Our client is UK’s largest privately owned consultancy that is looking for an individual to join as an Account Director. This individual will ensure a long-term relationship and develop significant incremental business with key clients. It requires you to create and follow a strategic plan for consistent upward growth in major customer accounts, keeping customers happy and maintaining stability in crucial accounts

 

Role responsibilities

  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships – trusted advisor

· Maintaining consumer satisfaction by overseeing the quality of services offered, resolving  client escalations – delivery assurance

· Overall account management for the account growth and profitability

· Generate and negotiate new sales with existing clients (Packaged Services, Licenses maintenance and support renewals)

· Develop Solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs, working with Solution Architects to add value

· Be the trusted advisor for a large SAP S4 HANA project.

 

Competencies and experience

  • Technical knowledge and background in SAP
  • Ability to sell profitable services
  • Desire to grow the account for a clear business purpose
  • Focuses on Delivery and driving business resulting and KPIs
  • Creating, strengthening and protecting relationship with a client.
  • Building strong relationships internally
