Senior Software Engineer (Java) – DACH Economic Database – Hybrid/Remote (Munich)

We are currently recruiting for a Software company that owns the German Economy Database and has over 850 million documents (200 Terabytes) and are searching for a talented Senior (Java) Software Engineer to join their growing team.

They are constantly innovating their solutions and have completely rewritten their entire platform by modernising their tech stack and further developing their NLP (natural language processing) and AI features to improve search and data acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Java and springboot
  • Experience working with microservices
  • Exposure to using JavaScript (desirable)
  • Ability to understand spoken German and speak to an intermediate standard
