Job Summary:
As the SAP Programme Manager/Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end SAP and digital transformation projects within the life sciences domain. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions while effectively managing and engaging with C-level stakeholders. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, project success, and contributing to the continued growth.
Responsibilities:

- Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and engaging with C-level stakeholders, earning their trust and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet client needs.
- Previous experience in a management consulting firm or a similar client-facing role.
- Knowledge of the latest digital transformation technologies and methodologies within the life sciences sector.
