• Accountable for the management of the global Oracle ERP project, including planning, execution, and monitoring of all activities.
• Lead and manage other leads and provide clear guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective coordination and collaboration across all projects workstreams and sub teams.
• Ensure that the ERP project remains on track and in line with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.  Define and track support metrics, including KPI’s and dashboards as required.
• Identify and highlight relevant risks and challenges associated with the ERP project and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and roadblocks to keep the project on track.
• Oversee the functional delivery and overall support of ERP project including resource management
• Collaborate with the ERP project owners, sponsors and other key stakeholders to ensure that the ERP project goals and objectives are aligned with the company's overall strategic vision.
• Advise and provide recommendations to C-level decision makers regarding ERP roll-out
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption ERP solution within the organization
