Account Executive (Programme Manager) – SaaS Software – Automotive – German Speaking

We are currently recruiting for a SaaS Software company that has created an award-winning “Enterprise Project Management Software” that is searching for an Account Executive. This is a strategic role where you will responsible for one their largest clients. You will be responsible for account management, technical implementation projects, financial account management and resource management.

Their product allows large organisations to centralise all software project, they are considered as “next generation” project management software. It offers smart features that can enable “Rapid Application Development”, suggestions on how to improve the development processes, provide agile workflows, centralised knowledge sharing and many other cool features.

The product is being used by major brands across Europe such as Audi, BMW, VW, Prosche, Daimler, Continental, Zalando, Roche and many others.

The business is going through a rapid growth phase, hence why they are searching for an Account Executive to lead a business unit and others in the future. They currently have over 200 employees in Germany and plan to grow by 50% next year, you will part of the consulting arm of the company which has over 40 members. As part of your role, you will assemble teams of consultants, architects and engineers to lead the implementation of certain features and services. You will be one of 5 Account Executives and will report into their Founding CEO.

Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of managerial experience withing a project set up, leading software implementations and change projects  
  • Experience in developing customised applications/ features for enterprise customers or projects
  • Experience running software projects and leading technical teams
  • Experience in budgeting, account planning, increasing service revenue, margins for customers or accounts
  • A natural tendency to approach problems with empathy and charisma to create a win-win scenario
  • Ideally experience in the German Automotive sector, OEM or Tier 1 Experience
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (Business Fluent)
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients within Germany (less than 20% travel)
