Our permanent recruitment service gives our new customers the ability to try us out without engaging in a formal exclusive agreement. It also allows them to work with multiple recruitment partners if they are going through an aggressive recruitment campaign, and need to see numerous CV's as quickly as possible.

However, past history has shown that having experienced our level of service, the great majority of these customers then go on to take advantage of our full value-added services. Our relationship then evolves to become more formal and exclusive, where we can then engage as a true recruitment partner.

Whether our customers decide to work with us on an exclusive or ad-hoc basis, their requirements will get the same level of commitment and attention that we give to every role.

This process involves:

  • Receiving the job description and qualifying the key criteria with the client,
  • Conducting a detailed search of our extensive database, placing adverts on key online job boards, and networking with industry contacts,
  • Performing telephone interviews to qualify the candidate's suitability for the requirement,
  • Submitting qualified candidates to our client on either a short-list or drip-feed basis, and
  • Managing candidates through interview, offer and resignation processes.
